Pine Homes is the clearest expression of that philosophy. When we conceived this project at Union Town, Lahore, we weren’t just thinking about square footage or payment plans. We were thinking about a family waking up in a home that feels secure, spacious, and truly theirs. That vision informed everything from the layout to the finishing details.
What gives me the most confidence as we grow is the track record this team has built – across Punjab, across project types, across client expectations. From Bahria Town to DHA to Gujranwala, the one thing that has stayed constant is our commitment to delivering on time and delivering right.

Our Journey and Completed Projects
Residential Developments
Over the years, we have had the privilege of building and handing over several high-value, custom homes in some of Lahore’s most sought-after neighbourhoods including Bahria Town, Johar Town, and DHA Lahore. Each project has taught us something new about how families actually want to live, and those learnings have helped us refine our approach to design, comfort, and long-term quality.
In New Lahore City also, we have completed and delivered a number of fully functional model houses. These were not just built to tick boxes, they were crafted to meet real expectations around layout, finishing, ventilation and day-to-day practicality. Seeing families walk through those homes and appreciate the small details has been one of the most rewarding parts of our journey.
City Housing Projects
We have handled a wide mix of projects for City Housing Gujranwala over the years. Some projects were purely residential and others built to support their business operations. Attention to every single detail and understanding what the team actually needed on the ground made our journey purposeful. That helped the relationship grow. We were not handing over only the structures but also helping them create spaces that worked better for their people and the community.
Our involvement moved from simple living units to more detailed, purpose-driven corporate facilities. Out of everything we have built for them, the Tulip City Head Office is the project that still feels special. It demanded a careful blend of practicality and precision. Watching it take shape was genuinely rewarding for our entire team.
Religious Projects
Not only have we delivered residential and commercial projects, but we have also contributed to improving the overall community experience. Our work includes playing an active role in the development of mosques and other meaningful religious spaces that bring people together. One of the contributions we are genuinely proud of is the construction of the Main Mosque in DD Block of City Housing Gujranwal. This was not treated as just another project, it became a space where design, purpose, and spirituality had to come together in harmony.
From the very beginning, our team approached the mosque with a level of care that went beyond technical drawings. We spent time understanding how people would use the space, how natural light should fall, how sound should travel during prayers and how every corner could add to the sense of peace worshippers look for. Today, seeing residents gather there for daily prayers and community moments makes the entire effort deeply rewarding.
Educational Institutes
We’ve been able to partner with the Punjab Group of Colleges (PGC) for a number of their Lahore locations – including Ferozepur Road and Gulberg. The challenges of each site varied, but the goal remained constant and simple i.e. to design learning spaces that are purposeful and welcoming and which foster growth.
We reimagined these projects not as routine construction jobs, but rather as places where thousands of young people would learn, explore new passions and chart their future. And that point of view informed all design decisions, whether those regarding layout or materials. Seeing these campuses come alive with students has been one of the most fulfilling parts of our work with PGC.
Public & Defense Works
We have this incredible chapter in our portfolio working with MES (Military Engineering Services). We’ve done a number of remodel and new build projects, but we have never been tested to the same point for attention to detail or discipline as MES. Projects varied from renovating and expanding existing facilities to creating entirely new buildings. Our intent was to tackle every job with an emphasis on safety, longevity and long-term use.
What made the projects distinct was not just the technical requirements, but a sense of duty that came with working on infrastructure for people who serve the nation. Our focus was on delivering on time, maintaining strict quality checks and earning their confidence. Working with them had been a rewarding experience for our entire team.
Commercial Developments
From the very first sketch to the final walkthrough, Barir Developers has been deeply involved in shaping the commercial landscape of City Housing Gujranwala. Over the years, we’ve planned and constructed a variety of commercial plazas and office buildings, each designed to meet the practical needs of businesses while adding character to the community around them.
What makes these projects stand out is the way functionality and aesthetics come together. Clean layouts, thoughtful circulation and façades that feel modern without losing local relevance. Every site came with its own set of expectations, and delivering on those while keeping quality consistent has been a rewarding experience that continues to strengthen our bond with the City Housing network.
